Senior Civil Estimator

We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Estimator to join our team at FSC Civils. You will assist with Tenders and Submissions from pre-tender through to handover to the construction teams. To be successful, you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety.
 
Responsibilities:
Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis, with a focus on tenders for medium and large scale civil, formwork, steel-fixing, concreting and underground utility projects.Utilizing Expert Estimation SoftwareReview tender documentation including specifications, scope of works, construction drawings and contracts.Assisting the Construction and Commercial Teams to identify and prepare variations and EOT's in accordance with the head contract.Coordinating and communicating with a large number of key stakeholders (internal and external)Compile detailed construction programs and methodologies and align with cost estimates.Manage multiple tenders at any one time. 
 
Qualifications/Experience:
Relevant Tertiary qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering/Project -Management/Quantity Surveying (Highly desirable)Minimum of 5-years demonstrated Civil (Infrastructure) Construction experienceDetail focused with strong written and verbal communication skills Please note: This role is being sourced through FSC Civils directly and we will not accept applications via external recruitment agencies.
