super (negotiable)- Located in Canberra, ACT - Full-time Onsite- Job Reference #1295947The Business Analyst will support the Project Management Office (PMO) by conducting thorough analyses of business processes, requirements, and objectives.They will facilitate effective communication by translating complex business needs into clear and actionable specifications, ensuring that the project team understands and aligns with data goals.Key Duties:Lead workshops with business areas to understand diverse business requirements and any potential impacts or challenges to the solutions.Facilitate collaboration with peers across the organisation and in external service groups.Document relevant business requirements including defining business need and success criteria.Essential Criteria:Expertise in leading business analysis from design to implementation, including defining ERP requirements.Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and developers to analyze and improve business processes.Ability to define future state requirements and lead business process re-design and mapping.Proficiency in data interpretation and providing insights to support informed decision-making.Strong communication skills to translate complex business needs into actionable specifications.Ability to foster a collaborative, results-driven project management environment.Experience supporting governance, financial management, and performance reporting in ERP uplift projects.Interested?
