You will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, defining requirements, initiating communications between stakeholders, and determining effective business processes.
Your expertise will be crucial in designing solutions based on industry best practices.
You will also play a significant role in organisational change by recommending improvements to existing business processes.
Manage key stakeholder relationships and conduct business/technical workshops.Obtain formal agreement from stakeholders on the scope of requirements.Initiate communications between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact.Determine business and specify effective business processes through improvements in information systems.Take ownership of solution design and work with various stakeholders to finalise a compatible design.Identify and assist the development of remediation plans to resolve any inconsistent or unclear business practices.Ensure traceability is mapped and agreed for all business benefits through to system requirements.Contribute to organisational change through recommended improvements to existing business processes. What you bring: As a Senior Business Analyst, you bring a wealth of experience in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Your ability to identify and validate multiple requirement types is crucial for this role.
You have demonstrated experience in analysing business cases and have a practical understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and PRINCE2 Project Management methodologies.
With at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, you are familiar with grants management systems.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Business Analyst role.Experience with grants management systems.Experience with SAP/financial management systemsAbility to rapidly gain an understanding of business needs and translate business needs into updated process maps and user stories.Ability to work effectively with little supervision and as part of a team in the design, preparation and delivery of solutions to clients.Experience in business process reengineering/redesign and implementation.Highly effective client liaison and workshop facilitation skills.High level written and oral communication skills and excellent organisational skills.Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a focus on simplification.Prior experience and knowledge of Software as a Services (SaaS) environment.Prior experience and knowledge of COTS products and system integration.Experience in change management.About the job Contract Type: TEMPORARY
