With a team of over 250 experts and offices across Australia, we're seeking dynamic professionals to join our growing team.About the roleAs a key member of the Melbourne Contaminated Land Management (CLM) team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting diverse and interesting clients and projects in Melbourne and across borders. This position offers significant career advancement opportunities while working with our in-house Auditors.Tasks and responsibilitiesProvide high-quality consultancy services to our valued clients.Lead and manage projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service.Contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of our organisation.Mentor and supervise project team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.About youTertiary qualification in Environmental Science or Engineering is essential, with an understanding of earth sciences highly desirable.Over seven years' experience in contaminated sites assessment and management.Strong written communication skills with the ability to scope and price complex proposals and write and review accurate technical reports.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.Established client/industry/regulator network and willingness to actively drive business development and contribute to the continued growth of Vic and national business.Full driver's licence and willingness to obtain a police and medical clearance.Previous environmental consulting experience is highly desirable.Why work for JBS&G?At JBS&G, we value our employees and their careers, and actively seek opportunities for them to develop their skills and progress.
