Job Description Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters related to planning, environment, and local government law. Prepare and review legal documents, including development applications, appeals, and environmental impact assessments. Conduct research and analysis of complex planning and environmental regulations at local, state, and federal levels. Represent clients in administrative hearings, court proceedings, and negotiations with government authorities. Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Stay current with changes in Australian planning, environment, and local government laws. Offer strategic advice to clients on land development, conservation, and sustainable initiatives. The Successful Applicant A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a potential degree in science (highly desirable) A burning passion and experience in Planning, Environment, and Local Government Lawyer. Knowledge of Australian planning, environment, and local government laws. Exceptional research, analytical, and legal writing skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
