The Senior Asset Analyst will:• Provide high level support to the Manager - Asset Management regarding the development, management, and implementation of the DoH Asset Management System and Framework.• Provide specialist advice, expertise, and assistance to other members of the Asset Management team to meet program objectives.• Coordinate and undertake asset management with a focus on meeting the needs of clients and improving the sustainability of DoH assets. The role: Manage asset management planning for DoH assets incorporating all required inputs including reviewing asset condition data, asset risk analyses, asset renewal requirements for future operations and maintenance cost projections.Manage and/or coordinate inspections to ensure that DoH buildings meet all physical legislative requirements including the collection of building asset data for input into the asset management system.Ensure that the levels of services, as specified by the Clients/Building Custodians, are appropriately translated into technical levels of service for maintenance contracts and other related operational documents.Provide expert technical advice and other assistance to members of the DoH Infrastructure Services, including high level input into the Strategic Asset Management Plan. Salary: $124,371 to $130,905 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
