We are seeking a senior analyst with deep skills in data science to work in PSC's Analytics and Insights team to contribute to the delivery of strategic workforce data analytics initiatives.

About the team
The Public Service Commission's (PSC) Analytics and Insights team generates information and insights about the public sector workforce to inform Government decision-making. It does this through a focus on decision support, sector insights, advanced analytics and data science.The PSC is undertaking a project to implement a near real-time view of the NSW Government Workforce and improve the evidence-base supporting workforce decision-making, addressing questions on notice, as well as modelling workforce scenarios.
About you
We require a senior analyst with well-developed data science skills, preferably experienced with workforce data, to ensure the Performance and Insights branch can achieve effective impact and value from its data and services.
