is seeking candidates for the following full time position based in the Sydney office.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 annual base salary.

You will join our high performing cyber risk consulting team to provide expert advice and support to clients in all aspects of their cyber risk management and resilience programs including but not limited to risk and compliance, data privacy, information technology transformation, cyber incident response, vendor risk and regulatory compliance.

Supporting senior members of the team in executing client services.

We will count on you to:
Support in end-to-end delivery of the cyber risk consulting projects which includes cyber risk assessment, cyber security incident response and tabletop exercise, data management initiatives, cyber security initiatives, cyber risk quantification and others:
Assist in the performance of IT security assessments for clients (e.g. security risk assessments, information security policies and processes/procedures review etc.).
Evaluate and analyse threat, vulnerability, impact and risk to security issues discovered from security assessments.
Consulting on the cyber security incident response process, creating and assisting in the delivery of tabletop exercise, incident response plans and playbooks.
Have excellent understanding of cyber security tools across the different environments.
Evaluate and recommend information security technologies to improve the client's security posture.
Review clients' compliance through an on-going security and audit review.
Any other technical duties as assigned.
Contribute in research support for building robust deliverables.
Assist with technical implementation across various domains, including security incident management, vulnerability management, risk management, security standards and frameworks, for example ISO 27001:2013 and NIST, Essential 8, CPS 234 and ASD Top 4.
Support the team towards constant innovation of cybersecurity approach and go-to-market strategy, understanding current industry and market issues/trends and assist in positioning Marsh's security solutions to clients.
Manage, develop and maintain long-term relationships and networks with clients and internal stakeholders.
Increase exposure of Marsh's offerings and capabilities with clients.
What you need to have:
2+ years' professional experience in cybersecurity or compliance.
Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Computer Science & Engineering or Cybersecurity or Law of Internet Technology, Data Management.
A proven track record in delivering cyber security projects.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-disciplined team to develop IT cyber security reference architectures and strategic roadmaps.
Understanding of business and technology trends and their implications to business.
Strong sense of business ethics and principles.
Professional security certifications (e.g. CC – ISC2, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CBCP) would be advantageous.
