What you'll be doing Atturra is looking for a full-time Senior Agile Project Manager, to work within the Cloud Business Solutions, Project Delivery Team, delivering to our Atturra clients in Federal Government.
This role will be based in our Canberra office, with flexible working arrangements on offer.

You will be responsible for the Management of multiple concurrent ICT applications projects, from initiation to closure, according to our client's project management methodology.

Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation.
This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills.
The ability to work in a cohesive team (Atturra and the client team) is important for this role.

Responsibilities: Facilitating the refinement and definition of project scope, based on the approved project brief and costing, with business and ICT teams Negotiate and manage access to and performance of ICT resources across a matrixed organisation Prepare project management artefacts including ICT Delivery Plan, Project Change Requests (where required), project status reports, project financial spend phasings and forecasts, risk register, issue register and change register Facilitate the review and approval of technical artefacts such as user/functional specifications Lead regular project status meetings involving all Agency stakeholders Act as first point of contact for risks, issues and conflicts between ICT teams and between ICT and business.
What will make you successful in this role?
Behavioural Requirements: 7-10 years Agile Project Management experience in IT Project Delivery & Consulting, preferably in Defence and or Federal Government projects MUST have an active NV1 Security Clearance to apply Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change Ability to work independently and in a team environment High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
