Details: We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative School Administrative Assistant who will be able to assist across various roles within the administration team of the school. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: working in a student services environment, completing student absences, student and administration archiving, completing excursion processes, and financial responsibilities including purchase orders, receipting, and banking of school monies.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Mandatory: First Aid certificate or a willingness to undertake appropriate training. Willingness to undertake HAAS program training in relation to health care procedures/tasks. Note: Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. A merit pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
