You'll form new relationships with customers and strengthen existing ones by discussing a range of policies, educating them to make informed decisions on protection and prevention. What You'll Be DoingWorking to a fixed roster during training, Mon - Fri between 11:30 AM - 7 PM onsite at Ann Street.Answering inbound calls from customers looking to discuss IAG's available policies and offers.Use effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences.Be flexible with hours to ensure we're available when our customers need us (Monday - Saturday, 11:30 AM - 10 PM schedule, with training being at a fixed roster 11:30 AM - 7 PM, 7.6 hour shifts). Late shifts will be operating from home

probation.Qualifications
