About the role We are looking for experienced Fence and Gate Installers, Trades Assistants and Salespeople to join our Fence, Gate, and Garage Door Installation teams.
Not from the industry?
That's okay - they will train you and give you the opportunity to learn and grow.
A background in metal, mechanical handyperson or landscaping trades would be highly regarded.
Great communication skills is also key to your success.
Key Responsibilities for the role * Attend multiple client sites per day undertaking quotes and sales or installations, repairs and maintenance.
* Engage with customers, communicating the process and how you can assist them.
* Using power tools to complete work (for installers roles).
* Build a strong rapport with customers to help ensure future business.
* Provide a quality service including general clean up when complete.
Skills & experience * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Have previous experience in a similar role or be from a relevant background such as metal trades, handyperson, landscaping and/or building/labouring.
* Have excellent presentation skills (uniform will be provided).
* Enjoy working outdoors.
* Be proactive and solutions focused.
