The right candidate will be assisted with ongoing mentoring and coaching to make sure that they are fully equipped and up to date with the latest in Real Estate to build a successful career.The Role:Monday – Friday, your specific duties will include but not be limited to: Handling all sales administration Liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding Prepare and attend proposals, presentations, and auctions Manage exchanges & settlements Meeting & greeting clients, attending meetings & functions Ad hoc administration duties Assisting with Marketing The Candidate:The ideal candidate will possess the following; Must have previous Sales Administration experience Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills The ability to work proactively and independently Strong administration and communication skills This established team combines to harness success delivered in a fully integrated approach. A fantastic experience for an experienced candidate to hit the ground running and work for a team of professionals
