Sales Manager- Real Estate

Job Description • Lead and manage a sales team, providing leadership, training, and coaching.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organisational goals and revenue targets.
• Set individual sales targets for team members.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales figures.
• Ensure the sales team has the resources needed for optimal performance.
• Plan and conduct sales team training sessions.
• Possess strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent skills in mentoring, coaching, and managing people.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to get all cross-functional tasks done on time.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
Experience in sales above 8 years and at least 3 years as a manager.
Experience in real estate is a must.
Experience in Brokerage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
