You will be responsible for driving profitable growth and ensuring the team meet and exceed their KPI's and achieve continual success. This role is best suited to someone possessing strong leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving a team towards high performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales manager seeking a challenging and rewarding career change!Key Responsibilities and Tasks:Manage, educate, and motivate our sales team, driving high performance.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.Optimise existing sales processes for increased efficiency.Create and manage sales initiatives to drive lead generation, improve brand awareness, and enhance overall value.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments within the business to ensure strategic alignment.Skills and Preferred credentials:Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.5 years' experience in a similar roleStrong leadership and team management skillsTrack record of delivery of sales targets and performanceExcellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, superior articulation, and organisational skillsAbility to adapt to sales management software.
