We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Event Sales Manager to join our team and lead our event sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the resort's event sales, including conferences, groups, weddings, and social events.
Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Manage, train, mentor, and develop the Events Sales Team.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored event solutions.
Prepare and negotiate event contracts, ensuring a seamless booking process.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Food & Beverage, Front Office) to ensure event success and client satisfaction.
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve annual targets and ensure maximum profitability.
Represent the resort at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the property.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Proven experience in event sales, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of Opera Cloud and Delphi would be advantageous.
