Meeting new people? Helping people meet their fitness goals?We are looking for an experienced full-time Sales Manager to develop and manage a team of Sales Coordinators across multiple fitness studios (St Leonards and Ashfield). The role will commence on a Part Time basis and will transition to Full Time employment.Sales experience is a required and a fitness background (or knowledge) is preferred but not essential. Salary will be based on experience.REQUIREMENTS:High sense of integrity, honesty, reliability and self-motivationLead generation including grassroots marketing and networkingAbility to coordinate and implement grassroots initiatives to drive lead generationLead ManagementFollowing the process to convert Leads to MembersNew member acquisition and converting non-members to membershipMember relationsBuild rapport and lasting relationshipsGenerate referralsCollaborate with Studio Owner to set monthly, weekly and daily sale targetsConduct pre-planning on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure financial targets are metExcellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills requiredMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesSense of humour is a must! You must be down-to-earth and highly approachableRESPONSIBILITIES:2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience (highly considered)Confident in generating personal sales and training the team in salesMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills (including face to face, on the phone and via email)Ability to excel in a fast-paced, diverse environmentAbility to recognise areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAn affinity and passion for gitnessstrong writing and grammatical skillsHighly organised, proficient in data management, ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detailTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and studio softwareBe proactive – does not need to be told what to doAble to work both night and weekend shifts if requiredCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Healthy, positive work environmentThis position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performanceControl earning potential with hitting kpi'sJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
