About the company
Our client is a project home builder based in Sydney's South West. They are a family run business and have been in operation for over 25 years. They build single & double story homes, duplexes, granny flats and have H&L packages for sale.
About the role
This is a great opportunity for a hardworking and motivated sales host who is passionate about customer service and always gives 110%, looking to take the next step in their career. This is a full-time role, working five days a weekincluding both weekend days. This role has a pathway into becoming a consultant - ideally within 12 months.
Key responsibilities
Meeting and greeting customers, assisting them with any queries
Qualifying and collecting sales leads
Calling through an existing database - very high volume of calls
Advertising on real estate websites
Networking with industry professionals such as mortgage brokers, land developers, real estate agents
Working closely with the Sales Consultant in the display
Skills and qualifications
Must have previous admin / host experience with a new home builder
A positive and friendly personality
Strong market knowledge and able to grasp new ideas quickly
Professional, corporate presentation
Self-motivated, driven and ambitious
Desire to become a new home sales consultant
Reliable transport
