Key Responsibilities

Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required

Provide exceptional customer service when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk

Maintain the visual standards of the store and represent the image of the brand

Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop floorreplenishment

Skills and Experience

At least 2 years' experience in customer service

Ability to multitask in a busy setting

Efficient cash handling & POS experience

Flair for merchandising and attention to detail

Flexible availability to work throughout the week and weekends
