Are you an experienced professional in sales and supply chain management looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Distribution Manager to lead sales operations and optimise supply chain processes in a dynamic and growing company within the food and agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Oversee daily orders and service for supermarket accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and commercial success.Production & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and export logistics, managing freight contracts and optimising routes for cost efficiency.Market Development: Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and implement sales strategies for both domestic and international markets.Operational Efficiency: Work closely with management to enhance production processes, develop pricing strategies, and ensure quality fulfillment.Team Leadership: Lead the logistics team to maximise performance and promote continuous improvement through lean methodologies.What We're Looking For: At least 5 years of experience in sales and supply chain management, preferably within the food or agricultural industry.Proficiency in supermarket supply chain software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.A strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and market trends.Proven ability to expand client accounts, drive sales growth, and lead a team to achieve operational goals.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Proficiency with accounting software, particularly 365 Business Central or NAV.A current driver's license and a forklift license will be highly regarded.Why Join Premium Fresh?
