An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant. This role offers the chance to provide comprehensive executive, project, and administrative support to an Executive General Manager (EGM) within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the smooth running of the team, demonstrating their ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes.
What you'll do: Provide administrative support including diary management, travel arrangements, document preparation, meeting coordination, and follow-up on actions and deadlines. Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of reports, presentations, and documents. Manage events including organising leadership team offsites and ordering catering for meetings. Maintain intranet content and assist with onboarding for direct reports of the EGM. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and expenses. Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and across other business units. Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned. Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes for increased efficiency. What you bring: At least 3 years of administration experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with procurement, budgeting or project management software tools. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Understanding of company policies and procedures. Professional demeanor at all times. Ability to independently interpret policies and solve complex issues. Aptitude for working in collaborative team environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
