We are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst on an exciting project with a unique global exposure across London, Melbourne, and New York for our client, a leading investment & funds management company with global reach.

This financial services client is in the investments and fund management space and is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their global client strategy project.
You'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, engaging with stakeholders from key sales and operations teams.

The ideal candidate brings experience in the investments, funds management or asset management domain.
Any experience in regards to client services will be prioritized.
In addition to core business analysis skills, a minimum of 3 years' experience in large and fast-paced environments on a global scale will be desired.
There is an emphasis on having excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

What you will do: Act as the main bridge between stakeholders; collaborate with the business to evaluate business needs and create specifications for any modifications or additions to technology applications and/or business procedures.
Engage in research, interviews, and workshops to understand business needs and convert them into detailed epics/stories.
Attend virtual meetings with global teams (London, New York, and Australian based teams).
Evaluate and organize information to resolve discrepancies and gather requirements.
Convert requirements into user stories.
Work with different jurisdictions to make sure that the regulatory requirements align with those specific areas.
Understand and work through process efficiencies during the transition.
Assist with RFP for a vendor for their tech solution implementation.
Occasionally work outside of regular business hours to attend meetings with beforementioned global teams.

What you will have done: Having worked on projects from a business facing perspective, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with BPMN methodologies.
Experience with private markets and client services/reporting.
Experience across large transformations in the investment/finance space (min.
2+ years).
5+ years of business analyst experience (preferably Senior Business Analyst experience).
Excellent Business Analyst skill-set including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
