The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in end-to-end investment processes, including due diligence and transaction execution for private debt investments.

What you'll do: Support preliminary transaction evaluation Assist senior team members with debt investment due diligence Assist with financial modelling Draft credit submissions and reports for new and increased portfolio investments Assist in reporting and analysis of investment performance Manage underlying investments including collating and assessing information from clients Work closely with key internal stakeholders through a transaction's life cycle Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required What you bring: At least 2 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, banking or private debt Intermediate skills in financial analysis and financial modelling Understanding of three-way financial statements and common debt financial covenants Experience with writing credit papers Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment Full permanent Australian working rights What sets this company apart: This company stands out as a leading financial services firm with a focus on private debt investments and funds management.
