Revit designer (mechanical) for a leading local Tasmanian/Canberra business Your new company Hays Engineering is working closely with one of Tasmania/Canberra's leading building services contractors to appoint a Junior Revit Technician to support their technical team. This business has delivered many high-profile building construction projects throughout Tasmania/Canberra and has a full order book which will see them right through to 2024 and beyond. Your new role This role will see you working closely with Project Engineers and Senior Drafters to develop and update models for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing construction works. Working from their Hobart head office, this opportunity has been created to help the technical team deliver on a large program of recently won projects. Whilst this opportunity is commencing as a contract position, the business is experiencing long term and heightened demand for their construction services, as such there is a likelihood this position will lead to permanency. What you'll need to succeed As a Junior Revit Technician, you'll need basic experience in the operation of Revit for the development and maintenance of building services models. These models will be updated throughout the project life cycle to ensure up-to-date document management and the accurate production of as-built construction drawings.
