About this roleWho we areTake a seat at Freedom, the home of innovation, empowerment, and opportunity.For more than 40 years, we've continued to deliver on our promise: to make beautiful things for the home available to everyone.Our company is about our people, so honesty, transparency and recognition are at the heart of how we work.Spend your day inspired to grow, through problem-solving, collaboration and hard work.We're design-led, passionate and constantly evolving.We want you to be part of our journey, so pull up a chair and find out what it means to work with our retail training team.What you'll be doingYour role as a Retail Trainer sits within the Retail Training team, which is responsible for creating and delivering learning solutions about our products and best practice sales training.Reporting to the Head of Retail Training, based in Australia, you will partner with a wide range of senior stakeholders on multiple learning projects that span digital, face-to-face and informal mediums.This is a full-time role based primarily in Victoria; your main audience will be Freedom stores in and around the Melbourne area, you'll be travelling to work with our teams within the state.Although you are primarily based in Victoria, you will be required to support stores both interstate and in New Zealand occasionally.Key responsibilities will include: Curating Freedom's product training strategy with support from the Head of Retail Training.Delivering engaging and inspiring workshops both face-to-face in in-state and digitally across ANZ to all sales teams.Delivering 121 / small group training in stores to embed sales skills and product knowledge.Design, develop and deliver learning solutions to meet set learning objectives.Evaluating and updating existing learning content to ensure its accuracy and relevance as Freedom evolves.Perks of the job Huge opportunity to build upon this newly created role and carve out your career with an awesome brand that is constantly evolving.Work with a team of L&D professionals and help evolve Freedom's learning culture25% staff discount across all companies under Freedom, including sales prices.
