About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Dyson GmbH.
As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional retail experiences that fascinate shoppers through the presentation and demonstration of our innovative machines.
Based in our retail partner store, you will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for both sales and experience.
Our Retail Assistants are the face of Dyson, and we expect you to embody our brand values and provide a 5-star service to every customer.
Main Responsibilities:
Product Demonstrations: Deliver hands-on demonstrations with customers, showcasing the unique benefits of Dyson products across various categories, including Floor Care, Environmental Control, Personal Care, and Professional.Sales and Service: Take personal responsibility for achieving individual KPIs, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales, while delivering a high standard of customer service.Visual Merchandising: Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in your area, always looking for opportunities to increase Dyson's in-store presence.Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with store management and staff.About You:
We are looking for someone who understands retail principles, such as visual merchandising and sales targets, and has a keen interest in technology.
You should be able to communicate complex information simply and have a high standard of personal presentation and excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will have:
Availability for permanent weekend work.Customer service and/or sales experience.Experience within a premium retail environment is advantageous.A confident approach and a friendly, engaging manner.Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate complex information simply.Ability to work independently.Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.Determination, passion, and drive for results.Hardworking, ambitious approach to all that you undertake in giving in-depth bespoke consultations to answer every customer's questions.What We Offer:
