All projects are brief-led and customised to address a variety of real-world problems, including water safety, disability services, education, sustainability, domestic violence, financial services, transport, and mental health.
As an Account Director, you'll collaborate with seniors and juniors, managing ad hoc and tracking, qual & quant, social, commercial, and government projects from inception through delivery and presentation.
This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, creativity, and strategic thinking as you continue to grow your insights craft and stretch your quantitative and qualitative consulting skills while positively impacting the world and the lives of Australians.
Key Responsibilities:
Solving meaty & strategic social & commercial problems
Distilling briefs, deeply understanding key problems
Deepening client relationships
Writing and winning proposals
Designing customised quant & qualitative research
Interrogating data (SPSS/Q)
Facilitating qual in-depths, groups, and workshop
Insight generation and storytelling
Delivering engaging presentations that inspire
Mentoring and guiding juniors, fostering a culture of collaboration
