Responsibilities: Manage telephone/email queries in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities Provide effective advice on products and services knowledge Meet revenue targets Assist in group forecast, materialisation reports, loyalty program, sales strategy, and group bookings management Deliver high-standard customer service and personal presentation Maintain system and procedures Fulfill workplace health and safety duties About You: Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is offered) Committed to high-standard of service and driven to succeed in the hospitality industry Knowledge of hotel property management systems Previous experience in reservations/sales/hotels Positive attitude, resilient, and effective communication Confident telephone manner and tech-savvy We are open to confidential conversations with candidates about the role as part of the application and recruitment process.
