What will you be doing each day? You will need to perform well under pressure as you work with clients to deliver research designed with their needs in mind.You will build ongoing relationships with key clients and stakeholders using surveys, online chats, discussion groups and more. You will effectively trouble shoot issues, escalating where necessary, and following up promptly to ensure client expectations are exceeded.Liaising with operations to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time. Analyzing results and developing compelling stories that make the complex seem simple.Presenting to clients.You will bring: Relevant degree qualifications and a minimum of 3 years market research experience preferably within a market research agencyDemonstrated research project management skills and an energy to succeed in a client facing roleAbility to pull stories from high volumes of data that inform strategyFamiliar with up-to-date research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) and technologiesHigh level of proficiency with Q, Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, MarketSightOut of the box thinker, challenging the status quoNatural ability to multitask and manage competing projects and timelinesMust have legal rights to work in AustraliaWhy join Platform One?
