Research Assistant

INOVIQ is currently seeking an experienced and commercially oriented Research Assistant to join our Research and Development team. Reporting to the senior scientist, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing research projects and contributing to the development of our product pipelines.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and report on research activities in alignment with the company's R&D Plan. Use established research protocols, procedures, and techniques to collect and/or prepare data, samples, specimens, materials, and/or reagents. Follow detailed protocols and procedures for the recording, processing, and routine analysis of samples and experiments. Set up, maintain, and operate relevant research equipment, ensuring adherence to Company quality, regulatory, and safety standards. Order supplies and materials, manage and maintain inventory systems. Contribute to the development of novel capture and isolation products through active participation in research projects. Evaluate, verify, and edit research data, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Provide regular progress reports and presentations on project activities and milestones. Assist in the preparation of technical reports, publications, and presentations based on research findings. Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a Research Assistant, with a focus on commercial applications. Strong understanding of research protocols, procedures, and techniques. Ability to record, process, and analyse research data with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in operating and maintaining relevant research equipment and inventory systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Adherence to quality, regulatory, and safety standards. Highly Desirable Criteria
BSc or Master Degree in Exosome Biology. Experience preferably within Biotech or related industry; 1+ year industry or laboratory research experience in the field of exosome. Knowledge of quality, regulatory, and safety standards for laboratories and GMP regulations including 17025 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820. Experience working in an ISO 13485 / GMP regulated environment; novel purification and characterisation techniques for extracellular vesicle; cell culture or other relevant techniques. How to Apply:
