Exciting opportunities to join SA's iconic RAA Insurance Full-time permanent position Join a tight-knit team with a fun, inclusive and supportive culture As an experienced Reporting Analyst, this exciting opportunity will see you join the Claims Performance, Data and Insights team in a Fulltime permanent capacity.
You will be reporting on the Claims performance to budget/target and key performance indicators, and identify trends, and detailed analysis of performance, In addition, you will: Meet with key stakeholders to effectively communicate reporting developments and analysis of performance.
Develop, participate, coordinate and drive reporting change initiatives to ensure changes are successfully implemented Assist in the provision of other data analysis services across claims as required, including data gathering and extraction, reporting, analysis and summarising of findings that may support decision making for Claims improvement initiatives.
Contribute to effective working partnerships with other key stakeholders through information sharing and by helping to establish an environment of support and no surprises.

For this role, we're also looking for: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
Demonstrated high level of analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy Advanced SQL skills as well as use of Power BI and competent in other Microsoft Office products Ability to organise workloads effectively while maintaining full ownership over work tasks and managing through to completion Be an innovative thinker with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities About us We're proud to be one of South Australia's most iconic brands, trusted by members for more than 120 years.
