6 Month Contract Location Agnostic Hybrid Working - 2 Days Office, 3 Days from Home The Role Great opportunity to join the Remediation Calculations Team as an Analyst. In this role you will be part of the Business Controls and Governance function who are responsible for completing remediation calculations arising out of remediation programs, advice incidents and complaints and others from the AFSLs. Key Responsibilities: Undertake QA remediation calculations Contribute to the continuous improvement of remediation calculations guidelines, tools, and processes Manage and attend forums and working groups Work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Reporting to management and various forums To be successful in this role you will possess: Solid experience in calculations and remediation Sound understanding in the provision of financial advice and advice strategies Sound knowledge with major investment products, stocks, bonds, managed funds, corporate actions, defined benefit funds Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to deadlines Advanced modelling and numerical ability in excel, SQL, VBA, Python highly desired RG146 qualified with at least a DFP Tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area Benefits Development opportunities at an ASX top 200 company A professional, supportive and friendly culture A range of corporate and lifestyle benefits The Business Insignia Financial is one of Australia's leading wealth management organisations, undertaking a rapid and exciting transformation.
