Relief Residential Aged Care and Clinical Nurse ManagerAbout the roleARRCS are actively sourcing an experienced Relief Residential Aged Care Manager to support the clinician operations of our 11 Aged Care facilities across the Northern Territory.This unique and exciting role will see you reporting directly to our General Manager, and you will be placed across our facilities to provide relief support to our resident managers and also provide clinical management support to our facilities. This role will see you responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality services to our aged care residents by effectively leading, motivating, and developing our teams and ensuring ARRCS delivers individualised care while enhancing residents' quality of life, and achieving the strategic direction of the organisation within designated clinical and business frameworks.This role would suit a Registered or Clinical Nurse with both clinical and management experience. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to demonstrate prior experience in staff management.
