The Opportunity:As an experienced allied health professional, you will be part of a dynamic and stable team, working collaboratively with other allied health disciplines. This role is not only busy but also incredibly rewarding, offering you the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness.Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios.Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge.Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.About You: Be a suitably qualified Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration OR Rehab Counsellor.Experience in completing ADL assessments (highly regarded but not essential).Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach.Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.What's on Offer: Excellent remuneration package and generous uncapped consultant incentive bonus. Experienced candidates can expect a base salary of up to $95,000 + Super + Uncapped Incentive Scheme.
