About the roleCompliance is a key team that ensures Revolut's products and processes meet the regulatory requirements and translate this into the best customer outcomes. You'll be responsible for advising our business on compliance requirements and related controls. As part of a small team, you'll support Revolut's business in Australia and New Zealand through regulatory compliance advice and issue management.

What you'll be doingAssisting in the delivery of compliance management servicesAdvising the business on relevant regulatory obligations and controlsReviewing advertising, marketing, and other product collateralSupporting the team in establishing and executing a best-in-class compliance frameworkHelping oversee the 1LoDs management of compliance and conduct risk and control management frameworkWorking closely with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure local risk management frameworks and processes are aligned with global ones and deliver the intended outcomeLiaising with key internal (e.g. Legal, Risk, BSA/AML officer, etc.) and external (e.g. regulators, advisors, vendors, partners, etc.) stakeholders as requiredWhat you'll needThe ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlinesExperience within the Financial Services industryMulti-tasking skills with close attention to detailThe ability to demonstrate sound judgementImpeccable analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
