Where you will: Be partnered with highly experienced Theatre Clinical Facilitator/s who are dedicated in supporting your development Experience a blended learning program which is focused on on-the-job training and supported by comprehensive Training Materials and Coaching If you are high performing and stay with us for 12mths+ full time, we will continue to invest in your on-going growth by supporting you to complete a Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing The program will commence in June 2024 for 12 weeks with ongoing permanent employment post course completion. About you: 12+ months' experience post registration Current APHRA registration Motivated to drive your career with a desire to transition into Theatre Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well independently and within a team Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement A minimum of 12 months in Acute Care Nursing is desirable Remuneration: This position will be paid in accordance with National Capital Private Hospital Nursing Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2018-2021 and will pay between $36.41 - $49.20 per hour About Healthscope: When you join Healthscope, you become part of our Community of Care.
