Have an advanced level of expertise across all disciplines of project controls, typically gained by a significant number of years of industry experience within Project Control. Have an excellent understanding of the principles and techniques of both Project Management & Project Controls: Planning, Cost Control, Estimating, Change Control, Risk Analysis. Be an articulate communicator (both written and verbal) including well-developed technical report writing and professional presentation skills. Be a leader of people, capable of influencing, coaching, and engendering an entrepreneurial spirit of cooperation to energise diverse teams to adopt best practices, with safety at the heart of everything we do. Be customer-focused with an ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while balancing operational excellence to contribute to the competitive advantage of #teamwood.
