ABOUT THE ROLEThe Regional Project Business Partner is accountable for the development, coordination and support of international initiatives, projects and commercial ventures in identified international market segments.This position will focus on providing expert advice, solutions and strategies in delivering international commercial activities that promote the Institute as a market leader in education, grow market share and raise revenue through strategic commercial alliances and ventures. The position will be accountable for collaborating with delivery areas to ensure offshore student and teacher experience is central throughout project planning and delivery and that commercial ventures and projects are delivered to client satisfaction and to meet quality, time and profit objectives.The Regional Project Business Partner is a key and active member of the International Projects & Partnerships business area and is expected to provide vision and leadership to the team and to the Institute in relation to the delivery of international commercial ventures and project activity.Your key accountabilities will include: Ensure all projects within the assigned region are delivered within agreed parameters using the Institute's and International Projects & Partnerships project management methodology and/or effective project management tools & practicesDirect and coordinate project activities to ensure projects are completed to meet stakeholder satisfaction, quality, educational compliance, time and profit objectivesIn consultation with internal stakeholders, establish and maintain action plans and project information (using the quality management system where applicable), including risks, scope, size and timelines for ongoing reporting to the executive team and Board when requiredProvide regular reports on project progress/risk/budget status to Manager International Projects & Partnerships and/or Head of Commercial Delivery and other senior executives as may be requiredCollaborate with the Delivery Area Managers & Regional Partner Manager to develop solutions, scope, budget and delivery plans to meet the needs or international partnersEstablish and lead regular internal and external stakeholder meetings to foster communication, transparency and collaborationDevelop comprehensive business cases and briefings for the Institute Executive Group to ensure effective risk assessment and responsive decision-makingContribute to the development of professional proposals and financial costings, and/or contracts of service, in collaboration with relevant departments and stakeholders, for presentation to prospective clients ABOUT YOUYou will have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (business management, education or similar) and demonstrated post grad experience.Demonstrated experience in working with clients from education and training enterprises in Australia and/or internationally.Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering outcomes in a timely way that meets business and stakeholder needs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in the development, preparation and presentation of business proposals for clients; contractual agreements; and reports to senior management staff.Established and practiced skills and experience in the development of strategic relationships with organizations, institutions and agencies in Australia and/or internationally.Experience in project management and effectively managing multiple projects, including all financial aspects.A high level of interpersonal/cross cultural and communication skills including the ability to negotiate effectively and work through issues constructivelyCapacity to effectively manage multiple priorities (or similar) BELONGING AND INCLUSION Chisholm is resolutely diverse.
