About the roleBased at our Greenacre depot, we are seeking a Team Leader and a Recycling Operator for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region. As a Recycling Operator, you will be responsible for: Operation of equipment, such as forklifts and front-end loaders when requiredProcessing of recyclable fibre and plastic to enable compactionUnloading and loading of trucks and containersMaintain a high standard of housekeepingBasic routine maintenance of equipment About youTo be successful in the role, you will have the following: Forklift licence is necessaryFront-end loader experience, or, the desire to operate a loader is desirableExperience with generic computer programs is desirableCommitment to safetyAbility to work autonomously or as part of a team Cleanaway's "Zero Harm" Safety culture means that we care about the safety of people on our sites: we have a zero tolerance to drugs and alcohol.
