Based out of our established Brisbane office, you will play a vital role in managing and guiding our scientific recruitment team towards success! Driving new sales & business development, leveraging off existing clients as well as bringing on new business across QLD with the support from a BDM. Developing and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners. Mentoring and supporting team members in their professional growth, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities. Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to contribute to strategic decision-making. What you'll need: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences) is a must! Proven experience in a leadership role within a scientific research / recruitment environment. Strong knowledge & understanding of scientific research methodologies and techniques. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results. Sales experience & business development skills are certainly advantageous!
