job description HR Partners by Randstad has an opportunity for experienced Recruiters to join a growing government department.This role is Monday-Friday with an immediate start until Dec 2024, paying $62.67 per hour.A fantastic opportunity to impact your community and add value to the recruitment process.About the role: Undertake contemporary talent acquisition services for a volume of vacancies, including candidate screening, shortlisting, provision of recommendations to Principals and offers of employment.Work collaboratively with Principals and HR Business Partners to design and implement effective talent acquisition solutions.Manage and support a talent pool of quality candidates to fill teaching vacancies including persuading them to consider more challenging opportunities.Provide advice, support and consultancy services to clients and stakeholders on complex talent acquisition matters.Guide and support Talent Acquisition Officers in relation to talent acquisition issues.Ensure talent acquisition practices align with relevant legislation, policy and procedures.Collaborate across the Recruitment Team to ensure prioritisation and agility in filling vacancies.Analyse talent acquisition data and provide reports on a range of recruitment issues to influence clients and stakeholders.Foster an equitable, ethical and safe work environment.Other responsibilities (as required) Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.About the individual: Previous experience in recruitment, either agency or internal High level communication skills High level influencing and persuasion skills High level conflict management skills High level organisation and prioritisation skills Ability to work effectively with little supervision and as part of a team.Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge in talent acquisition (Springboard) and ticketing (ServiceNow) systems.Previous government experience, highly desirable At HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.We actively encourage applications from any background.share Facebook LinkedIn Twitter
