Will suit a Senior Associate or Special CounselNational law firmSeeking a senior lawyer with general commercial property and leasing experience This is a rare senior position in a large national law firm which is well known for their Real Estate practice. Working closely with a recognised expert in the property industry you will be contributing to a well run team. 

This team assists their clients with commercial, retail, industrial and rural property matters. The work mix will include:
acquisition and disposal of real estate;leasing;developments; property management and strata;acquisition and due diligence for rural property interests; andcommercial matters, purchase and sale of business, service arrangements and contract formation. The successful applicant will have 7+ years' post admission experience working in Commercial Property Law. The ideal background will be from a similar national firm or recognised specialist Commercial Property Law practice.
