About the role: Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to help shape safe, high-quality care at RDHM? This role will support RDHM in improving its safety and quality systems, coordinate organizational wide improvement projects and contribute to safe, appropriate & timely, integrated, and patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include: Provide support and coordination across DHSV and public dental agencies for the achievement of strategic quality goals. Advise, monitor, report and undertake analysis on patient feedback and incident reports. Support teams to identify and undertake improvement activities. Lead hospital wide improvement activities. In collaboration with stakeholders, coordinate accreditation and other compliance activities. To be successful in this role you will need: Qualifications in health, hospital administration, public health, business management or related field. Experience in interpreting data and producing reports for various stakeholder groups. Experience in incident and complaint management. Experience in coordinating quality improvement activities.
