DHSV is the leading public oral health agency in Victoria. Our aim is to improve the oral health of all Victorians, particularly vulnerable groups and those most in need. We provide Victorians with quality oral health care through the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne (RDHM) and work collaboratively with other sectors to deliver oral health promotion programs to benefit all Victorians. About the role: Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to help shape safe, high-quality care at RDHM? This role will support RDHM in improving its safety and quality systems, coordinate organizational wide improvement projects and contribute to safe, appropriate & timely, integrated, and patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include: Provide support and coordination across DHSV and public dental agencies for the achievement of strategic quality goals. Advise, monitor, report and undertake analysis on patient feedback and incident reports. Support teams to identify and undertake improvement activities. Lead hospital wide improvement activities.  In collaboration with stakeholders, coordinate accreditation and other compliance activities. To be successful in this role you will need: Qualifications in health, hospital administration, public health, business management or related field. Experience in interpreting data and producing reports for various stakeholder groups. Experience in incident and complaint management. Experience in coordinating quality improvement activities.  Knowledge of the National Safety and Quality Healthcare Service Standards. Why you should be a part of our team?
