Quality Assurance Manager

As part of your role you will be required to:
Accountable for leading a small team managing allocated resources, setting work area priorities, managing workflows, developing strategies and evaluating business outcomes.
Plan, lead and manage quality assurance, governance, auditing and corporate reporting activities and identify improvements for quality assurance processes and practices.
Implement and provide advice on efficient and effective quality assurance, governance, and business reporting functionalities.
Engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on quality assurance activities to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
Liaise with team members and identify, assess, priorities and coordinate quality assurance, governance and reporting activities.
Evaluate, monitor and report on quality assurance and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
Design and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance, governance, and risk management processes.
About our Team
The Hunter Class Frigate (HCF) will be one of the most advanced warships in the world with cutting edge technology and capabilities.
As Australia's largest shipbuilding project, HCF provides the foundation for Continuous Naval Shipbuilding in Australia.
We are working with experts from the UK, USA, Canada and Europe to provide six frigates optimised for anti-submarine warfare to the Royal Australian Navy.
The frigates are being constructed at the Osborne Naval Shipyard, South Australia utilising the latest production technologies.
