Am I right for this role?
Mandatory skills:
Mobile app automation using Appium and/or Web app automation using Selenium
Automation and functional testing experience
Experience in API testing and use of tools like Postman, Charles/Burp
Knowledge in one of the languages - Java/Kotlin
Code management tool like Git or any equivalent tool
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a MUST
Experience in test management tools such as JIRA, X-Ray
Self-motivated and ability to work with the business
Growth mindset and not afraid of a challenge
Desirable skills:
Ability to work with a variety of databases and coding programs, such as, Java, HTML, as well as XML and JSON feeds
Working experience of CI/CD using Bamboo, Jenkins or any equivalent tool
Proven experience writing test plans, test strategies, test cases, test reporting
Cucumber / Gherkins is an added advantage
