This role will report the Senior Manager – Customer Quality ANZ and be responsible for supporting our customers through providing product information and managing customer and consumer issues and queries

Key Customer liaison to support and assist with quality / technical related queries and issue resolution. Actively contribute to updates of quality processes and documentation. About You Tertiary qualification in a Science related field With at least 2-4 years' experience in the Food industry, an understanding of Food Safety Systems, such as GMP, HACCP, BRC and SQF is desirable. Strong Problem-solving skills that can be used daily to resolve issues and prioritise activities. Stand out communication skills enabling you to effectively connect, engage and collaborate with others.
