About the roleMcConnell Dowell has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administrator to join our Quality team at our Aura & Harmony trunk infrastructure project on the Sunshine Coast. This role plays a crucial part in the successful operation of a project that is delivering critical new water and wastewater infrastructure to support the growth of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. If you're seeking an Administration role on a project that values work/life balance and operates on a Monday – Friday work cycle this role would be ideal for you.As the Project Administrator your responsibilities will include: Ensure the applicable requirements of the McConnell Dowell Management System and Quality and Completions Plan are met. Operate the McConnell Dowell quality system for the Project. Assist with the recording of all quality commitments to maintaining the quality management system for both normal contract works and subcontractors. Provide support to the Quality Manager. Compile weekly and monthly reporting. Manage Quality filing system. Ensure administrative procedures and systems are followed. About youTo be successful in this role you will need the following: Requires minimal supervision, analytical and resourceful in solving problems and keeping to time frames. Sound numeracy ability.
