Health, Safety & Environment (Construction)
We're seeking a dynamic QSHE Adviser with a hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and coaching.
This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with on-site teams across the southern region of Tasmania – although some intra-state travel may be required.
As a QSHE Adviser, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch construction projects that positively impact our clients, employees, and the broader community.
Your strategic insights will drive a culture of excellence in quality, safety, health, and environment.
While compliance is essential, the true value lies in the coaching and mentoring you provide to our site leadership teams.

About You
We're looking for an experienced safety professional with: Experience : Minimum of 2+ years in a safety role.
Qualifications : Certificate IV or equivalent in WHS.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of WHS legislation and best practices.
Passion : A commitment to coaching and mentoring others.
Leadership : Ability to lead and influence a safety-first culture.
Integrity : Maintain an engaging and ethical approach in all aspects of the role.
Problem-Solving : A solution-focused mindset.
Mobility : Willingness to travel intra-state.
Experience in construction or a similar environment.
Familiarity with management system standards.
Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
