Product Sales ManagerWeir MineralsArtarmonOnsitePurpose of Role: As the Product Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering value propositions to our customers. Your efforts will help grow relationships and drive customer satisfaction across the East Region for Weir Pumps and Valves.
You will lead a dynamic sales team, providing support and driving service and supply sales. You'll work with a variety of customers, both internal and external, to develop long-term value propositions for major mining projects, showcasing Weir's commitment to sustainability and technology.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the team to achieve sales targets.Identify and act on opportunities for business growth.Communicate and implement marketing changes.Foster the development of new products and services.Achieve sales team KPIs (financial and non-financial).Manage sales processes, commercial and legal negotiations, and sales tools like Salesforce CRM.Commit to safety and support our zero-harm culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Background in technical, mechanical, engineering or similar field with preference for a tertiary qualification in Engineering.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the mining or processing industries is a plus.Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office programs.Experience leading and mentoring a team is beneficial.Knowledge of valves is a plus.For additional information about what it is like to work at Weir, please visit our Career Page and LinkedIn Life Page.
