Job Description Regular Weekly Duties: Attend weekly Marketing and team WIPs Prepare purchase orders, updating PO trackers and sending invoices for payment Prize fulfillment, sending out merchandise and prizing to winners General administration duties Preparing and sending film review reports Updating and maintaining key contact data bases Assisting in creating influencer strategy plans Database Management: Update the media, influencer and exhibition database to ensure contacts are most current Events / Screenings General administrative and event support at screenings and premiere events Sending out screening invitations and compiling RSVP's and door list Central Diary booking management Qualifications Proficient in Outlook and Excel Excellent attention to detail Well organized with great prioritization skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Excellent communication and a great team player Passionate about the film industry Currently undertaking university study in communications or marketing based discipline Additional Information As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
